Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging auto parts and products.

1. Return Period

You can return or exchange products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and unused
  • The product is unopened or properly packaged
  • The product must not be installed or used on the vehicle
  • You must retain the original purchase invoice

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used auto parts
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products without a valid purchase invoice
  • Products that have exceeded the return period (7 days)
  • Opened oils and fluids
  • Consumed or damaged parts

3. Return Procedures

To return a product:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us by phone or email within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide Invoice: You must provide the original purchase invoice
  3. Product Inspection: We will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition
  4. Approval: After approval of the return, you can return the product to the workshop

4. Return Methods

You can return the product:

  • In Person: Visit the workshop during business hours
  • Via Delivery: In specific cases, we can arrange product pickup (fees may apply)

5. Exchange

We offer the option to exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value:

  • The product can be exchanged for another product available in stock
  • In case of price difference, the difference will be settled
  • The replacement product must be compatible with the same vehicle

6. Refund

In case of approved return:

  • The amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days from the date of product receipt
  • Refund will be made using the same original payment method
  • In case of cash payment, refund will be in cash
  • In case of card payment, refund will be made to the same card
  • Processing fees may apply in some cases

7. Defective Products

If you received a defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt)
  • We will inspect the product and identify the defect
  • We will replace the product or provide a full refund
  • The 7-day period does not apply to defective products

8. Installed Parts

Auto parts that have been installed or used:

  • Cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defect
  • The defect must be proven through technical inspection
  • Only the part will be replaced, not a refund
  • Return policy does not cover installation or removal costs

9. Special Conditions

In the following cases, we may refuse the return:

  • Product damaged due to misuse
  • Product incompatible with the specified vehicle
  • Attempting to return a product purchased elsewhere
  • Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice
